  2. By using the software described here, you agree to the terms of the license agreement set forth below.  If you do not

  7. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.  The author assumes no liablilty for damages, direct or consequential, 
  8. which may result from the use of  "Aliens Among Us: UFO x.x".   "Aliens Among Us: UFO x.x" is a "shareware

  14. NexusMedia.  The $12.95 registration fee will license one copy for use on any one computer at any one time.  You 
  15. must treat this software as a book.  An example is that this software maybe used by a number of people and may be 
  16. moved from one computer location to another so long as there is no possiblity of it being used at one location while it 
  17. is being useda at another.  Just as a book cannot be read by two different people at the same time.  Anyone 
  18. distributing  "Aliens Among Us: UFO x.x" for any kind of renumeration must first contact NexusMedia for authorization.  
  19. The authorization will be automatically granted to distributers recognized by the ASP as adhering to its guidelines for 
  20. shareware distributers, and such distributers may begin offering  "Aliens Among Us: UFO x.x" immediately.  However, 
  21. NexusMedia must still be advised so that distributer can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of  "Aliens Among 
  22. Us: UFO x.x".
